Ronald J. Dorler serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dorler Communications Honduras, S.A., where he provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the company’s wireless telecommunications operations, business development, site acquisition, project management, construction management, and long term growth initiatives.
With more than four decades of experience in RF and wireless telecommunications, Ronald has built a career encompassing analog and digital wireless communications, communications security, encryption technologies, and algorithms, as well as wireless telecommunications site ownership, site acquisition, project management, construction management, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with wireless carriers, tower companies, municipalities, local governments, regulatory agencies, federal agencies, contractors, and property owners to successfully develop and execute complex wireless telecommunications projects.
His experience spans the complete project lifecycle, from strategic planning and site acquisition through project management, construction management, deployment, and long term asset ownership. This broad technical and operational background enables him to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead complex wireless telecommunications initiatives from concept through completion.

Dean Graffam serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Dorler Communications Honduras, S.A., where he provides executive leadership for construction operations, project management, contractor oversight, quality assurance, and the successful execution of wireless telecommunications projects.
A military veteran, Dean brings more than four decades of leadership and wireless telecommunications experience. Throughout his career, he has directed national wireless telecommunications build outs, managed large scale construction programs, and led high performing teams supporting major wireless carriers and wireless infrastructure companies throughout the United States.
His experience encompasses every phase of project execution, including construction management, field operations, contractor management, project scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and operational leadership. This depth of experience enables him to successfully lead complex wireless construction projects from mobilization through completion.
